About Our Roofing Work in Seminole
We fix roofs and replace them when it's time. But a lot of our effort goes into the part in between: keeping the roof you already have in good shape. Most roofs don't fail all at once. They wear out a little at a time, and small fixes catch that early.
How We Look at a Roof
A roof is a system. Shingles, underlayment, flashing, vents and gutters all work together, and when one piece slips, the others start working harder. A lifted shingle lets wind get under the next one. A clogged gutter backs water up under the drip edge. We look at the whole thing, not just the spot that's leaking.
That's why our first answer is usually the smallest one that will hold. If a few sealed nail heads, a new pipe boot and some fresh flashing will buy your roof years, we'll tell you so. If the decking is soft or the shingles are brittle and shedding granules, we'll tell you that too, and show you photos of what we found.
Some of the jobs we like best are small ones. A roof inspection after a hailstorm. Gutters cleared out before fall. A worn valley fixed before it starts dripping into the attic. Done on a schedule, that kind of work keeps bigger bills away and keeps your home dry.
What You Can Expect From Us
Straight answers on repair or replace
We don't push a new roof on a roof that has life left. You get our honest read, with photos, and the choice is yours.
Written estimates, line by line
Every estimate lists the work and the materials, so you can see what moves the price. If we find something we didn't expect once the old material is off, like rotten decking, we stop and show you before going further.
Care for your yard and driveway
We cover plants and walkways and keep the driveway clear when we can. At the end of each day we run a magnet over the yard for nails. You shouldn't find bits of your old roof in the grass a month later.
Help making sense of storm claims
When a hailstorm or strong wind hits, we get up on the roof, take pictures and write down what we see so you have a clear record for your insurance company. We walk you through how a claim usually moves along. The adjuster decides what's covered, and our job is making sure nothing up there gets missed.
Where We Work
Our crew works out of Seminole and covers the towns around it: Wewoka, Holdenville, Tecumseh, Shawnee, Bethel Acres, McLoud and Okemah. Most of what we do is on houses, but we also take on commercial roof repair and commercial roof replacement for shops and buildings in the same towns.
Spring hail, long summer heat that dries out shingles and the occasional winter ice storm all take something out of a roof. Roof inspections on a regular schedule and roof repair done before small problems spread are how we help yours keep doing its job.
